The Computer Room is located next to the Library. It is provided with 25 computers with University network and Internet access.

The computer room is used for undergraduate teaching and it is open for the students, offering services such as access to information resources and services of the University network and the Internet, access to shared applications, access to user data, printing and copying services etc.

Students have access to a) all available software of the Aristotle University through the Aristotle File System (AFS), namely Microsoft Office, MATLAB, MATHEMATICA etc., as well as other shareware software, b) special software the School of Geology is provided with, namely G.I.S. software (eg. ArcGIS, MapInfo), geophysical data analysis software (eg. IPIWIN) etc.
